Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
